Lyle Morris

Owner & Production Manager
To ensure our value of customer satisfaction, Lyle is very involved in day-to-day operations, staying in close contact with the Production Team.
Originally from Rome, GA, Lyle first came to Raleigh while performing roof inspections for insurance companies. He fell in love with the area and a few years later he and his wife, Alexa, moved their family to Raleigh.
Lyle believes the key to long-term success for ERS is to treat customers how you'd want a contractor to treat your closest family member. How you’d want them to treat you!
Lyle's goal is to continue to build a team that embodies that vision.

Dylan Ebert

Co-Owner & Sales Manager
Dylan began his career in construction as a teenager, working summers power washing and staining decks. His passion for construction evolved into residential remodeling and renovations.
Dylan moved to the area while attending North Carolina State University in 2014 and remains rooted in the community. The authentic, family-centric approach to business drew him to ERS.

About ERS Construction

ERS Construction is the Triangle's go-to deck & porch builder located in Raleigh. Our team has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction on every project. In addition to our deck design, custom deck building & repairs, screened-in porches, all-season rooms, roof repairs & re-roofs, siding installation & repairs, we also offer hardscaping to truly create the outdoors of your dreams.

A Note From The Owner:

My roofing journey began with a sales job for a metal roofing manufacturer. I transitioned to a ladder assist role, inspecting roofs for insurance companies. While I enjoyed it, the travel kept me away from family. Missing half of my son Ezra's first year sparked a change. I took a sales rep job at a local Georgia roofing company, where I honed my skills thanks to great mentors.
After two years, a roofing company in Raleigh offered me a job. My wife and I, having considered Raleigh before, saw this as an opportunity for a better family life. We moved in 2022, but after six months, I disagreed with the company's practices and customer service.
Knowing communication and customer service were customers' biggest complaints, I decided to go out on my own and build a company focused on those values. After 10 months of roofing work, I met Dyaln Ebert, my future business partner. Together, we expanded ERS to include all exterior trades, while staying true to the core values we started with.

Our Story
"It's all in a Name"

Over the years, I've been asked, "What does ERS stand for?" Well, ERS isn't an acronym, but it does stand for family. When our family was trying to come up with a name for the company, my son Ezra was two. Every night when I would get him ready for bed I would point to the block letters on the wall that spelled his name. I would say "E-Z-R-A, Ezra," and he would reply "E-R-S, Ezra!" He did that for weeks. And that's how we got the name ERS.
